  The flat labeling machine is suitable for applying flat labels or self-adhesive labels on various items, such as electronic products, folders, boxes, and cartons.

The labeling machine comes with a card separation mechanism, enabling automatic feeding.

   The working principle involves sensors detecting the passage of products, sending signals to the labeling control system, which then controls the motor to dispense labels at the appropriate position on the product to be labeled. 

  As the product passes through the labeling roller, the label is smoothly applied, completing the labeling action for each label.

The operational process includes placing the product on the card separation machine -> automatically separating and conveying the product (automatically performed by the equipment) -> labeling (automatically performed by the equipment) -> collecting labeled products (automatically performed by the equipment) -> removing the products.

  It employs advanced sorting-reverse rotary wheel technology for card separation, resulting in a significantly higher card separation rate than typical card separation mechanisms. 

  The labeling speed is high, reaching stable speeds of over 200 pieces per minute, especially suitable for applying regulatory codes on medicine boxes.

  The labeling precision is stable, utilizing a pressure roller to press the workpiece, ensuring smooth conveyance and preventing warping, thus guaranteeing labeling accuracy.
