Sleeve Labeling Machine Operation Procedure:

1. Preparation of the sleeve labeling machine

(1) Place the sleeve labeling machine on a stable workbench, ensuring that the equipment is secure and can operate smoothly. 

(2) Inspect various parts of the equipment to confirm their integrity and correct placement. 

(3) Prepare labels of different types and cut or adjust their sizes according to the equipment specifications.

 (4) Place the products to be labeled on the workbench, ensuring that the products are stable and securely positioned. 

(5) Connect the equipment to the power source and turn on the power switch, waiting for the equipment to start up.

1. Setting Process Parameters for the sleeve labeling machine

(1) Adjust the process parameters of the equipment, such as speed and tension, based on the size of the product and labels.

 (2) Adjust the position where the labels are placed on the equipment to ensure that the labels completely adhere to the product and present a normal labeling effect.

Commencement of sleeve labeling machine Production

(1) Place labels on the roll in the equipment.

 (2) Start the equipment and feed the products into the machine, waiting for the equipment to label the products.

 (3) Inspect the products after labeling to ensure that the labels are completely affixed to the products. For non-compliant products, stop the machine promptly and readjust the equipment or replace the labels.

Conclusion of sleeve labeling machine Operation

(1) Stop the operation of the equipment and turn off the power switch. 

(2) Clean the surface of the equipment from dust and label residues, and perform routine maintenance. 

(3) Place the equipment in a dry and ventilated area, ensuring its stable placement.
