SRT-30 high speed wine labeling machine

Scope of application: round bottles of various materials such as glass, metal and plastic (such as red wine bottles, beverage bottles, health care products bottles, etc.).

Process flow: feeding→differential splitting bottle→clamping positioning labeling→finished product→lower process

Features introduction:

1. The labeling motor adopts Yaskawa servo motor and driver, which is high speed and precise.

2. Equipped with German Siemens programmable controller (PLC) and Pro-face touch screen, the operation is simple and fast.

3. The main mechanism is made of SUS304 stainless steel and A6061 high-strength aluminum alloy, which conforms to GMP regulations.

4. The bottle is labeled several times, and the round bottle can be double-labeled or double-labeled.
